1. 100% of our meat comes from the U.S. Most products on the market today are made with low-grade meat from Argentina and Brazil.


2. We start with only Select and Choice steak cuts that are cut into bite-size pieces. Some companies shred the meat and press it into formed squares.


3. We add ONLY spices (On average, 180 lbs of spices for every 600 lbs of meat). The spices are infused through every piece of meat. Many of our competitors add soy and other fillers to artificially increase the weight of their product.


4. Our Moisture to Protein ratio is more than two times the ratio of jerky products.


5. We vacuum pack our products to keep them moist and tender. The shelf life is 15-months.
