aren’t going to share all of our secrets, we can tell you the
process of cooking our meats creates the best tasting, most tender
meat snack you’ll ever eat.
Our
process begins when our butchers hand cut strips of fresh meat from
only the finest quality USDA beef. Most other jerky snacks use
either Brazilian or Argentinean beef. Just read the back of some of
your other name brand jerky and meat snack packages to see for
yourself. Other jerky manufacturers also process their meat by
pressing scraps together to form large pieces of dry, tough jerky
products.

Our commitment is to provide only the best tasting,

After we
hand cut the strips of muscle meat, we cure them overnight in a
perfect mix of seasonings and spices. Each morning every slice is
hung on individual hangers that are rolled into our smokers. These
smokers allow the meat strips to cook evenly which provides a taste
and tenderness that you’ll never forget. Once the jerky has
naturally cooled, it’s vacuum packed, sealing the freshness and
flavor into every bite. This process creates the finest quality,
best tasting, most tender meat snack on the market today.
