Shipping

All products are manufactured and shipped from locations within the United States. We have two manufacturing facilities: one in Bay City, Michigan and one in Dearborn, Michigan. From a logistics point of view, we will work with your team to determine the most efficient and effective way to deliver our products to your retail locations.

Invoices

TrailSteaks works with retailers to establish the best terms available for payment. Generally, we send invoices at the time of shipment, and payment is due within 15 days of receiving the shipment. If payment is not received within 10 days of the original due date, a 10% penalty will be assessed. Going forward, each successive 15 days past due will accrue an additional 10% penalty.

Reorders

TrailSteaks works with retailers to customize efficient ways to place orders. Our system is capable of receiving and filling orders placed by each store or from one centralized reordering/distribution location. We work with our retailers to develop a process of reordering on a monthly basis to replenish best sellers. Orders can be placed via phone, fax, email, or online.
